Our Licensing Act 2003 Public Register page enables you to search Licences issued, licence applications which are pending and those premises' licences which are subject to review.
Our Gambling Licensing pages provide information and downloadable application forms on those areas where we undertake licensing under the Gambling Act 2005.
There are a range of Other Licences which are administered and issued on behalf of Birmingham City Council.
