Premises applying to host marriage and civil partnership ceremonies

A public notice must be made for all applications for or to renew a licence to hold marriage or civil partnership ceremonies, according to The Marriages (Approved Premises) Regulations 1995 - Notice Of Application For Approval Of Premises.

If a premises licence is waiting for approval, we will display details of the application on this page during the notice period. You can view the applications and plans at Birmingham Register Office from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

If you wish to object to an application you may do so in writing to the address below, setting out the reasons for your objection, within 21 days from the publication of the notice.
