Premises applying to host marriage and civil partnership ceremonies

A public notice must be made for all applications to, or renewals of, a licence to hold marriage or civil partnership ceremonies, in accordance with The Marriages (Approved Premises) Regulations 1995 - Notice Of Application For Approval Of Premises.

If a premises licence is awaiting approval, we will display the application details on this page during the notice period. You can view the applications and plans at Birmingham Register Office from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

If you wish to object to an application, you may do so in writing to the address below, setting out the reasons for your objection, within 21 days from the publication of the notice.
