Report a non-smoking law being broken

Breaking a non-smoking law can result in fines ranging from £200 to £2,500. The three offences in non-smoking laws are:

  • smoking in a smoke-free place or vehicle
  • not displaying ‘no smoking’ signs in a smoke-free place or vehicle
  • allowing smoking in a smoke-free place or vehicle.

If you notice any of the above, please report it to us. Alternatively you can call the national hotline on 0800 587 1667.
