Request pest control for an issue with rats at home
If you have rats in your home or garden, you can book an appointment so we can assess and provide treatment.
We can help if you are:
- a homeowner in Birmingham
- a Birmingham City Council housing tenant or leaseholder
You will need to tell us:
- your address and contact details
- information about where in the house or garden the rats are
- whether you have pets, children, or fish at the property
The more information you can provide about the issue, the easier it is for us to make sure we can provide treatment.
Treating the problem yourself and dealing with other pests
You can buy your own treatment to deal with a rat issue. You can buy treatments online or at most hardware stores. Always follow the guidelines when using pest control products.
We cannot help with issues involving pests other than rats.
