There has been a further revision to LHA rates, as announced by the government on 27 March 2020. The new rates are shown below.
Claims will be recalculated with these new amounts during the weekend Saturday 4 April to Sunday 5 April 2020.

These rates show the maximum amount you can be awarded – the actual benefit you receive may be less depending on the amount of money you have coming in and if other adults (other than your partner, if you have one) live with you.
The maximum LHA rate payable is for 4 bedrooms, regardless of how many bedrooms you actually have.
