Your request will be sent to the most appropriate Trading Standards Service if an investigation is necessary.

We are supporting the 'Stop. Check before you pay' campaign from 15 to 26 June 2026. The campaign aims to prevent scams through a single message designed to reduce harm – stopping and checking before making a payment.
