Requesting access to your information
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.

You also have the right to:
- object to processing of personal data that is likely to cause damage or distress
- prevent your information being used for direct marketing
- object to decisions made by automated means
- have inaccurate information corrected, restricted, deleted or destroyed in certain circumstances
- claim compensation if you have suffered damage because we have breached data protection regulations

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Legal requirements
We will comply with your rights wherever possible. However, we may need to keep or process some information to meet our legal obligations.
