Planning permission
To find out whether planning permission is required visit the Planning Portal.
For a formal response, submit a proposed lawful development certificate.
To check statutory validation requirements or the likelihood of getting planning permission before submitting a formal application, apply for pre-application advice.
Submitting applications and amendments
For all new applications, including prior approval, submit using the Planning Portal.
If your development proposal changes during the planning process, submit amendments.
