Warm Homes Local Grant

Birmingham City Council has appointed Next Energy, an experienced retrofit contractor, to deliver energy‑efficiency upgrades for 625 private homes across designated Retrofit Priority Areas through the Warm Homes Local Grant. The programme provides free home energy improvements to eligible low‑income households.
