Help with energy bills and debt

We are partnering with local energy advice charity Act on Energy to provide free energy advice to Birmingham residents.

The team offer free one-to-one advice over the phone – whether you are struggling with your energy bills and debt or want help on how to make your home more energy efficient.

You may be able to get help with:

• access to crisis funds for emergencies
• applying for energy efficiency grants to help keep your home warmer and your energy bills down

Act on Energy has a team of dedicated outreach officers who can help with home visits for vulnerable customers and complex cases. They can even help with a range of small measure installations.
