Getting help with your energy bills

Warm Homes Local Grant

We have received funding from the West Midlands Combined Authority to improve energy efficiency for homes in priority areas. This grant will be available from 2025 to 2028.

Warm Homes Local Grant is only available to residents in:

  • Balsall Heath
  • Bromford
  • Castle Vale
  • Sparkbrook
  • Tyseley and Hay Mills

The government has also announced further Warm Homes funding for 2028 to 2030. This will allow new priority areas to be identified in the future.
