Benefit review
We require a full case review to ensure the information we hold is accurate and up to date.
The review covers all information relevant to your Housing Benefit claim.
Your claim has been selected for review to make sure you are being paid the correct amount of Housing Benefit.
We will need to identify any relevant changes in your circumstances and will ask you to provide evidence of these.
Where we do not already hold sufficient information about your circumstances, we may also ask you to provide up to date information.
Complete your full case review online
When you complete your review, we will ask you to provide your:
- last name
- national insurance number
- date of birth
- postcode
- benefit claim number
- your access key
You can find some of this information in the recent letter you received.
What you must do
You must:
- use the postcode in the letter, even if you have moved address
- complete your review within 30 days of the date you receive your letter, or your claim will be suspended
