Customer Service Centres - Locations and Opening Times

Birmingham City Council has customer service centres around the city.
This page tells you more about the location and opening times of each centre. Alternatively you can use the search box at the top right of this page to find the information you need.

It may not be necessary to visit your neighbourhood office as many services are now available online or over the phone. Please use the search facility, A to Z index or 'Do it online' page on this website to see if your query can be resolved online.

Some enquiries are dealt with as emergencies and don't need an appointment, some homelessness enquiries for example. Please note that we now run our homeless services from three customer service centres across Birmingham – Erdington Customer Service Centre, Sparkbrook Customer Service Centre and Northfield Customer Service Centre.

If you still need to visit your neighbourhood office, please ring 0121 216 3030 in advance to see if you need an appointment and to book an appointment if required.
