Our customer service centres have permanently closed.
Face-to-face benefits, debt and money advice is now delivered by Citizens Advice Birmingham and Birmingham Settlement.
This support is part of our Connected Communities approach, which aims to make sure no one is left behind by:
- keeping support available locally
- making services easy to access
- working with trusted partners
- providing early help before problems get worse
If you need advice about benefits or your finances, you can book a pre-booked appointment.
Walk-ins cannot be seen on the same day.
