• personal information relevant to whether you are a sponsor or guest - for example, your:
  • name
  • age
  • sex
  • passport details
  • address (if you're not staying with a sponsor)
  • contact details e.g. email address, telephone number
  • date of entry to UK
  • point of entry to the UK
  • immigration status
• information relating to potential family members that reside with you e.g. personal information
