Annual report to tenants

The annual reports to tenants shows how Birmingham City Council has met its housing responsibilities during the previous fdinancial year.

It gives the council a valuable opportunity to explain how well our services are performing, highlight key achievements and the way we meet the standards set out by the Government in the “Regulatory Framework for Social Housing “

The annual report also highlights our housing priorities for the year ahead, identifying areas where we feel improvements are needed and the action plans to take proposals forward. This includes our major new housebuilding and neighbourhood-based programmes all of which contribute to our goal of delivering the best housing services for all our tenants and leaseholders.
