  • 1,177 empty properties were made available for re-letting.
  • To keep our tenants safe we conducted:
    • 64,951 audits and inspections of council properties, of which 1,216 inspections were of high and medium rise blocks
    • 47,489 communal door inspections
    • 14,820 flat entrance door inspections
