We investigated:
- 4,511 tenancy breaches
- 482 abandonments
- 222 unlawful occupations
- 4,552 ASB (anti-social behaviour) incidents
- 143 reported hate crimes
We completed 220 successful exchanges.
To support our elderly and vulnerable tenants, we successfully responded to 185,479 alarm calls during potential emergencies, with:
- 98.12% of calls answered within 60 seconds, and
- 99.74% answered within 3 minutes
To ensure our tenants feel safe and secure in our service charged high-rise blocks, our:
- security service handled 273,000 calls through the door entry system, and
- mobile patrol officers completed 22,931 patrols
To keep our estates cleaner and greener, we collected and disposed of over 2,060 tonnes of dumped rubbish.
To monitor and improve the appearance of our estates, officers and tenants carried out 256 joint walkabouts.
