- We completed 1,992 total lettings for 2024 to 2025 with:
- 99% of new tenancies sustained over the first 12 weeks, and
- 98% of tenancies sustained over the first 12 months
- 14,118 households presented as homeless, of these, we successfully helped 57% to prevent homelessness. This is above the regional, national and core city performance levels.
- To meet the need for more affordable housing, we completed 32 new homes for rent and 335 acquisitions from the market. This includes 213 council properties in the new build blocks in Perry Barr.
- Our property acquisition programme purchased homes that have been added to our housing stock, and our 2024 award-winning accommodation finding team helped 262 families find a home in the private rented sector.
- We are investing in regenerating neighbourhoods, such as Ladywood and Druids Heath and creating upto 15,500 new properties in the next 20 years.
