How to pay your Council Tax
There are several ways to pay your Council Tax.

- at the Post Office or by PayPoint/Payzone
You can use the payment method that is best for you.
To pay your Council Tax, you will need the 10-digit reference number, which is in the top right of your bill.
Your Council Tax bill
You will receive your Council Tax bill through the post unless you have signed up to receive it online.
Council Tax is usually split into 10 equal monthly payments. However, you can choose to spread the payments over 12 months.
When will your payment reach your account?
You must allow up to 4 working days for payments to reach your account. You are responsible for paying your Council Tax on time.
