Our electronic billing system is simple to use, saves on paper, will save you time and gives you greater control of your bills and payments.
Once you are in your Council Tax or Business Rates online account, and have a verified account, you can:
Switch to and manage your paperless billing options
view or update your account information
check your balance, payments, bills, and recovery notices
update your contact details
Please note if you do sign up for eBilling for your Business Rates, there is no online option for the Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) accounts.
Register or sign in for a better experience
Before you can sign up for electronic billing you will need to sign in or register for a BRUM account, this will allow you to keep track of all your communications with the council.
Register for an account
After registering you will be taken to your BRUM account where you'll find a link to the Council Tax or Busines Rates Online.
