Support arrangements
Birmingham City Council has now transitioned the in-scope services as of from 1 April 2021.
The applications detailed below are now supported by Birmingham City Council. Note the new support arrangements for xPorter.
Applications in scope
- HR Portal
- Voyager Finance Voyager is no longer being used and will be replaced by Oracle Fusion on 11 April 2022. Do not raise any more requests or calls for Voyager Finance. Access to raise calls for Oracle Fusion will commence on 11 April 2022.
- AVCO AnyCommsPlus
- Finance Reconciliation Files
- xPorter - can be used to run a variety of data collection / sharing jobs for your school. (BCC will provide Advice and Guidance only for the xPorter job that supports the collection of MIS pupil data for the councils Education system)

How to raise a request
Schools can submit service requests using our new online form.
- The completed form will be sent to BCC IT&D School Support Service mailbox to manage your request.
- You will receive an email confirming the form has been received.
- The Service Desk will send an email to confirm they have logged your call and provide the call reference number.
