Finance reconciliation files

We are missing our reconciliation file / Should we have had one this week?

Note that a reconciliation file for your school will only be generated if there have been financial transactions that need to be reconciled, if there are no transactions then you will not receive a reconciliation file for this week.

Check your Financial Administrator to ascertain whether the school should have received a reconciliation file. If you still believe that you should have received a file, complete the Finance Reconciliation File Support Form to raise a support ticket.

Note that if the file has already been downloaded by another authorised User for your school the file will have been moved to the Archive in Anycomms Plus. The file can be downloaded from the Archive.

Which financial year does a particular file relate to?

The first digit of the filename is the last digit of the financial year (running from April to March), so a file within April 2021- March 2022 will start with a 1, a file within April 2020 - March 2021 will start with a 0.

Reconciliation file has downloaded but cannot be found.

Downloaded files can be located in your computers Downloads Folder.

Open a new explorer window by pressing Windows key + E. Or you can click the File Explorer icon on your Taskbar. In your File Explorer window, you can navigate to your Downloads folder using the shortcut in the left pane or by clicking on Downloads under other headings such as Frequent Folders.

What should I do if a Reconciliation file has been uploaded to the MIS more than once?

Contact your Management Information System Provider in order to rectify this issue.

Unable to save the downloaded file.

If the file will not upload to your Management Information System then you will need to contact your MIS Provider to resolve this issue.

When will the next recon file be available?

Reconciliation files are released at close of play every Monday.

I have forgotten my Password. How do I request a password reset?

Note that this is an Anycomms Plus issue and not a Reconciliation file issue.
If you cannot complete the self-service password reset, raise a password reset request by completing an ‘Anycomms Plus Support Request Form.

Make sure that you answer "Yes" for the 'Password reset?' option.

What should I do if expected transactions are not in my reconciliation file?

Wait to see if the transactions are included in next week’s Reconciliation file. If the expected transactions are still missing in the next weeks reconciliation file, raise a Support Request using a ‘Finance Reconciliation Support Request Form’.
