BCC Schools IT&D Support Service

Birmingham City Council have now transitioned the BCC applications that were used by schools away from Link2ICT (Entrust) as of 1 April 2021.

These applications and services are:

  • Voyager Finance
  • AVCO Anycomms Plus
  • Finance Reconciliation*
  • xPorter
  • HR Portal*

*xPorter can be used to run a variety of data collection / sharing jobs for your school. (BCC will provide Advice and Guidance only for the xPorter job that supports the collection of MIS pupil data for the council's education system)

An interim support process has been put in place until the new School ServiceNow Portal is built.

On this page you can complete the relevant support request form, which will then be sent to the IT&D Service Desk, who will log the details and provide you with a reference number.

  • If you have been informed that you are meant to receive a file, but have not, log a support call by completing the Finance Reconciliation Support Request Form.
