Foundation for Integration Project

Funded by the EU Asylum Migration and Integration Fund the project provides specialist advice to primarily Third Country Nationals in Birmingham, preventing crisis and destitution and facilitating integration.

The Foundation for Integration is a partnership made up of the BCC Refugee and Migration Team:

  • ASIRT (Asylum Support and Immigration Resource Team)
  • RMC (Refugee and Migrant Centre, Black County and Birmingham)
  • CELC (Central England Law Centre, Birmingham and NAIS (Neighbourhood Advice and Information Service)

The project is developing a web portal to support the work which is underway and collect data to inform the project’s objectives influencing migration research, policy and strategy in the region.

The project will end on 31 July 2022.
