Refugee Transition Outcome Fund (RTOF)
The RTOF is a national pilot from the Home Office.
The pilot aims to invest in positive outcomes across employment, housing, and integration.
The RTOF pilot is for new refugees who have recently exited the asylum process with a grant of Refugee Status or Humanitarian Protection.
The funding attached to RTOF will end in March 2024.
Birmingham is part of a successful West Midlands bid covering the areas of Birmingham, Coventry, Sandwell, and Wolverhampton.
In Birmingham, RTOF is being delivered by a partnership between Refugee Action, Breaking Barriers and Spring Housing and is called B-RISE.
