I need accommodation now
If you have nowhere to stay tonight we may be able to help find temporary accommodation. It is important to understand what temporary accommodation is and what it might be like.
Before you call make sure you have tried all options such as staying with friends or family, or self-funding temporary accommodation.
We may be able to help if you are:
- aged 25 or over
- aged 18 to 25 and have children under 18 dependent on you
Phone us Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm on:
- 0121 303 7410 and choose option 3
Outside these office hours and on weekends phone us on:
- 0121 303 2296 if you are over 18 years old
- 0121 675 4806 if you are under 18 years old
We will ask you questions about yourself and your situation when you phone us. We will also ask for documents and forms of identification - find the list of what we'll need on the what happens when you phone us web page.
