I need accommodation now

Support during the day (9am to 4:15pm)

If you need emergency accommodation immediately and you are 25 or you are 18 to 25 and have dependent children then please phone the Housing Options Centre on 0121 303 7410 and support will be available to you by phone..

If you are under 25 and have no dependent children or are under 18 with dependent children you need to phone the Youth Hub on either 0121 766 6907 or 0300 303 0099.

Support available during out of office hours (5pm until the next morning)

If you need emergency accommodation outside office hours and you are over 18 please call our Out of Hours Duty Team 0121 303 2296. If you are under 18 please call the Emergency Duty Team on 0121 675 4806.

To speed up your request for emergency accommodation we will need you to provide relevant documents where possible.

Please be aware that the process for assessing your housing needs can take some time. Depending upon your circumstances and the outcome of your assessment you could be waiting in the office all day. If you do not have an appointment please seek assistance as early in the day as possible and ensure you come prepared for a long wait. This includes bringing food and drink and making childcare arrangements where possible.
