Joining an HLB

By joining an HLB you can help improve the way we manage your home and the area where you live by:

• expressing your views and the views of other tenants and leaseholders
• influencing local decisions enabling you to make improvements to the services you receive
• giving us advice on how your rent money is best spent
• giving us advice on proposed policy changes and working practices that would improve the quality of local services
• working in partnership with other groups and organisations to tackle the wider problems facing your community
