Change or cancel an appointment to give notice of a marriage or civil partnership

You can cancel or rebook your notice appointment free of charge once. Any later cancellations or rebooking requests will incur a £58 fee.

You must give us at least 2 working days’ notice if you want to cancel or reschedule. If you do not give enough notice, your appointment fee will be retained and you will need to pay the full fee again when you rebook.
