Submit a late application for Infant to Junior

List three Junior schools in order of preference.

Make sure you have read the admission arrangements for the schools you are interested in and know how likely your child will be offered a place there. You must include at least one realistic preference for a school that your child would have met the criteria for in previous years.

Submit your online application form.

You will receive an email confirmation that you have submitted your application form. Please check this to make sure everything is correct.

You can amend your preferences right up to midnight on the closing date.

Important: If you amend your preferences, please ensure you re-submit your application form before the closing date. Otherwise, your application will not be processed.

We will take your final submission as the application to process.

Please do not use this form if your child has an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). You can find more information about the secondary transfer process for children with special education.
