Selective tests and the Equality Act 2010
Where a pupil has a disability (defined in the Equality Act 2010), the admission authority (school or Council) must do what it can, within reason, to make sure that disabled pupils are not significantly disadvantaged.
If you’d like to enter your child for an entry test, but they may need a ‘reasonable adjustment’ because of a disability, please contact The Grammar Schools in Birmingham to ask for an application form (Form A1).
- The form will be available from May 2018.
- You must return your completed form by no later than 20 June 2018.
