Pay for parking using your phone
You can pay for parking in council car parks or for pay and display parking on the street using your phone.
As we use the National Parking Platform (NPP), you can choose your preferred payment app rather than be restricted to a single provider or app.
How to pay
Payment can be made by:
- downloading your preferred payment provider's app on a smartphone
- calling the provider's automated payment line from any phone
Where payment machines are available, these can still be used.
Available payment providers
Available payment providers include:
Each provider has its own app, contact number and fees. If you already have the app, you will not need to download it again to use it.
Fees
Fees are set by each payment provider and may vary. Any additional SMS charges relate to optional text confirmations and parking expiry reminders.
