Some of our online forms may be unavailable on Saturday 25 November between 7am and 7.30pm due to essential maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Report a ticket machine fault

If a ticket machine is out of order, you should use an alternative ticket machine within the same car park or street (where applicable). Payment by mobile phone is available in most council operated parking areas.

You will need to tell us:

  • location of the machine (car park or street)
  • machine ID number (on the front of the machine)
  • details of the fault
