Outside city centre permit schemes and costs

The first permit for each household is £20 and additional permits are £40 (subject to availability).

Residents with Blue Badges qualify for a permit free of charge. Residents that need a carer can apply for a carers' permit free of charge. Supporting documentation, such as a GP's letter, is required.
