How to submit an application

A review application of a premises licence or club premises certificate in Birmingham must be made by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk

It is the responsibility of the applicant for the review to give one copy of the application and any supporting documentation to the holder of the licence/certificate for which the review relates. The copy of the application MUST be served on the licensee at their registered address which may be different to the address of the licensed premises. In addition a copy of the application and any supporting documentation must be served on each of the responsible authorities on the same day upon which the application is submitted.
