Investigation

After an initial assessment, if your complaint needs further investigation it will be passed on to an Investigating Officer. They will be your main point of contact and will decide what action should be taken to resolve the issues you have raised. 

The Officer will consider non-legal action, such as mediation and restorative justice, and legal action.

An action plan will be drawn up with you, so you know what is happening and when.
