Druids Heath Regeneration Masterplan

For two years, the council have been talking with and listening to the community to create a proposed masterplan for the regeneration of Druids Heath. One that meets the needs of the people who live and work there.

The proposed plans aim to make Druids Heath a more sustainable and greener place to live in the long term.

New high-quality, energy-efficient homes will be built alongside excellent green spaces. The commercial and community spaces in Druids Heath will also be revitalised as part of the plan.

This proposed masterplan was shown to the community of Druids Heath in May 2024 at a series of events. Those who attend the events have the opportunity to give feedback and to ask questions about the proposed plans.

An extensive consultation on the plans will begin in Summer 2024 before approval for the plans will be sought in 2025.
