Standard adult application £75 Includes one Change of Name Deed document showing previous name and new name, which will be signed by a Registration Officer, and storage in our repository indefinitely
Additional copies £15 Additional copies issued at the time of the appointment
Replacement copies £21 Additional copies of your Change of Name Deed issued after the initial application from our secure vaults
