Which provider should I consider when looking for accommodation?

If you need somewhere to stay and need short term support to get you back on your feet, supported exempt accommodation (SEA) could be right for you.

Preferred provider list

We have a list of preferred SEA accommodation providers.

Our list is made up of providers and managing agents who have Quality Standards accreditation.

The list also includes providers waiting for final assessment following an initial vetting.
