Your bill is based on a provisional banding

Please note that your Council Tax bill has a provisional banding.

As the property that you live in has only just been reported to the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), we do not have the official banding yet. 

Your official banding will be determined in due course by the VOA and at that point a revised bill will be sent to you. 

In the meantime, to allow you to start to pay the charge over the maximum number of months possible, we have allocated a provisional or temporary band to your property.
