Mature Suburbs - Guidelines to Control Residential Intensification Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
This planning policy document stresses the importance of developing sites in our older residential suburbs with respect to the character of the neighbourhood. This means following a systematic process in the design of a proposed scheme to ensure it is appropriate in terms of design and makes a positive contribution to maintaining the character and identity of the suburb.
This document was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document in February 2008.
