Digital photos
In order to order your child’s Swift card you will need:
- access to a computer
- a passport style photograph of your child
- the bus pass redemption code - you can find this on your bus pass code letter
Unfortunately, the National Express Travel Assist Portal is not mobile friendly.
Rules for digital photos
You can upload photographs in most common image formats (JPEG, BMP, PNG).
The photograph must:
- be a forward-facing, colour portrait head shot
- show only the full uncovered face (no hats, sunglasses or scarves, unless worn for religious reasons)
- be taken against a plain white background
- be in sharp focus
- be unaltered by computer software
- not show their shoulders
- not be too dark or too light
- not contain any other objects or people
- not have hair in front of their eyes
- not have any shadows on their face or behind
- not have Snapchat or other filters
