What to expect when your child’s Swift card is due for renewal

When your child’s Swift card is due for renewal, we will send you a new bus pass code to claim.

Once logged onto the National Express Travel Assist Portal you will be able to load this code onto your child’s current Swift card, so that it will be available to use straight away.

Once this code has been successfully claimed, the Swift card will need to be activated.

You can do this by:

• downloading the Swift Collector App
• activating it at a Swift collector point
  These are are located at various bus stops across the city. Full details will be sent with your renewal code.
