How to order your child’s Swift card
To order your child's Swift card, you must visit the National Express Travel Assist portal.
You will be prompted to login or register.
Registration
If you are redeeming a bus pass code for the first time, you will need to register.
Follow the prompts to complete the details required for your account.
Claim code
You will need the claim code to complete the form.
Make sure that you are entering the code exactly how it has been sent.
If you have received more than one code, make sure you are using the correct code for each child.
Once you have returned to the bus pass portal homepage, use your new login details to sign into the website and continue your order.
Ordering a Swift card
Login to the National Express Travel Assist portal.
Complete the form. You will need:
- the claim code. Make sure you enter the code accurately
- to upload a digital photo of your child. Make sure you have read the criteria for digital photographs.
Read through your order details and finalise your order by clicking confirm.
Check your emails for your order confirmation from National Express.
If you have another code to claim for an additional child, repeat this process from step 6.
Order confirmation
Once you have ordered your child’s Swift card, you will receive an email from National Express to confirm your order. The Swift card will arrive at your address within 7 working days of your order being placed.
If you have not received a confirmation email from National Express you will need to sign into your account, as this means you have not successfully submitted your order.
Contact National Express
If it has been more than 7 days since you ordered your child's Swift card and you haven't received the card, email National Express: buspass@nationalexpress.com.
Include the name of your child and the bus pass redemption code in the email.
