Repairs

If you are living in temporary accommodation and need a repair, how you report the repair depends on where you are staying.

Homeless centre

If you are staying in a council-run homeless centre, speak to the centre staff.

If you are staying in a hotel or a bed and breakfast, speak to the on-site staff.

If the problem is not resolved, email the temporary accommodation team BandBenquiries@birmingham.gov.uk.

Council-owned, self-contained temporary accommodation

If you are staying in self-contained, temporary accommodation owned by the council, also known as dispersed housing, you can book a repair yourself.

Self-contained or shared accommodation

If you are staying in self-contained or shared accommodation provided by a private landlord or agency, contact your accommodation provider.

If the problem is not resolved, email the temporary accommodation team TAPropertyComplaints@birmingham.gov.uk.
