Report a pest infestation

If you are living in temporary accommodation, how you report a pest problem depends on where you are staying.

If you are in shared accommodation

This includes, homeless centres and bed and breakfast accommodation.

Report the pest infestation to the centre staff.

If the problem is not resolved, email the temporary accommodation team TAPropertyComplaints@birmingham.gov.uk.

If you are in self-contained accommodation provided by a private landlord or agency

Report the pest infestation to your private landlord or agency provider.

If the problem is not resolved, email the temporary accommodation team TAPropertyComplaints@birmingham.gov.uk.
