Homeless centre accommodation (hostels)
If you are staying in a council-run homeless centre, speak to the centre staff. They will be able to help you.
Hotel or bed and breakfast
If you are staying in a hotel or bed and breakfast, and have questions about your accommodation, you can:
- speak to the on-site staff
- email the temporary accommodation team BandBenquiries@birmingham.gov.uk
Specific enquiries
If you have rent arrears for your temporary accommodation, email TAIncomeRecovery@birmingham.gov.uk.
If you are leaving temporary accommodation, email LeavingTA@birmingham.gov.uk.
General property enquiries
If your enquiry is about something else, contact the team that manages your property.
This depends on whether your accommodation is council-owned (dispersed) or private let (PSL).
