Change into Action
Change into Action is an alternative giving scheme that is jointly supported by:
- Birmingham City Council
- West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)
- the Lord Mayor of Birmingham
- Andy Street
Instead of giving directly to rough sleepers when you meet them, we encourage you to donate through Change into Action.
People who are rough sleeping or homeless can access money from the scheme through the support agencies they are working with.
Money can be used to help someone:
- set up their home
- travel to appointments
- buy clean clothes
The scheme intends to help those rough sleeping to change their current circumstances.
