Birmingham's rough sleepers outreach team work to address the issue of rough sleeping and begging. Its approach is based on 3 key strands – engage, educate, and enforce.

  • providing better connections and communication between on-street partners and services
  • providing services tailored to individuals who need them
  • promoting Change into Action as an alternative to giving money to those who are begging

The Health Xchange

The Health Xchange is a primary care service for the homeless community in the Birmingham area. The service is provided by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust.
